Easy Recruit seeks motivated individuals for container unloading.

Unloading a variety of food products daily. You will be working in teams of 2-3 hand unloading boxes/bags of food, stacking onto pallets in a specific configuration and then shrink-wrapping pallets for a forklift to move to its designated area.

Forklift licence/driving experience is desired but not essential for these roles. We regularly put our staff through these courses for personal career development. Successful candidates will have this information provided to them.

Easy Recruit employs both part-time and full-time workers. We pay both hourly and contract rates (paid per container). You will start on an hourly basis and progress onto a contract rate when you are trained and competent. Once you are successfully working on contract rates you can earn anywhere between $30-$40ph. Many of our staff average these rates every single day.

With each team unloading a container, one candidate needs to have an MPI certificate, (training to control unwanted pests from overseas and other potential biologically dangerous agents) we put staff through this course regularly. We pay staff extra $ per container for obtaining this certificate, so it’s definitely worthwhile getting it sooner rather than later! Successful candidates will be provided with this information for consideration.
